What are "Job Ready Programs" and how do they work?
A: These are specialized "hire-and-train" programs designed for graduates looking to start a career in the BFSI sector. Upon selection, you receive a provisional job offer from a leading company like HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, IDFC FIRST Bank and such before you start your training.
What are the eligibility criteria for these programs?
A: You must be a graduate in any discipline from a recognized university. While specific age and minimum percentage requirements can vary slightly between programs, most require a full-time degree. Please check the individual program pages for precise details.
Is a job guaranteed after completing the program?
Yes. All our programs are linked to the hiring partner, and you will receive a provisional offer letter before the training begins. On successfully completing the training program, you will be absorbed as a full-time employee by the partner company that issued your provisional offer letter at the start of the program.
What is the fee for the program and is there a loan option?
The program fee covers all training and training related expenses like, accommodation, and food (for campus programs) during the classroom/virtual training program. We have tie-ups with banks to provide easy education loan facilities, or you may choose to self-fund the program. You also earn a stipend during the training period to help with your expenses.
What is the selection process?
A: The selection process is typically conducted in two main stages:
Registration: The process begins with you registering your details on our website.
Application Fee: You will pay a non-refundable application fee to confirm your interest and proceed.
Online Assessment: This is an online proctored test that evaluates your aptitude and skills.
Partner Interview: Shortlisted candidates will participate in a final interview with our partner company to assess communication and suitability for the role.
Provisional Offer Letter: If you successfully clear the interview, you will receive a conditional job offer from our partner.
Training Begins: Upon accepting the offer, you will join the training program, starting your journey toward a full-time job.
Please note that the final decision regarding all aspects of the programs, including the selection process, provisional offer, and final placement, rests solely with our respective partner clients. Manipal Academy of BFSI acts as the training and admissions partner, and all terms and conditions are subject to the client's discretion.
What kind of job will I get after completing the program?
A: Upon successful completion, you will be offered an entry-level or a level 2 grade at our partner company. The role is typically in a customer-facing or sales-oriented profile, such as Assistant Manager, Probationary Officer, or Business Development Executive, with a clear path for career growth. We also have partners who are hiring for roles in Operations, Audit, etc.
